glow starter

I just want to see what everyone thinks about glow starters and what would be the best for me to upgrade to. I have a "C" cell and it is killing me with batteries. I have been looking at new ones but don't know if I should get a rechargeable one your I have also thought about getting the one that clips on a 6v bat.

I have a hot shots glow igniter that is rechargeable and it works fine for me.

+1. A hot shot or dynamite rechargeable ignitor will do ya right. Charge it initially for the 12-16 hours the instructions call for. After that, an hour here or there will keep 'er juiced up and ready to... glow.

Rocking a Team Losi branded glow stick, rechargeable. comes with a 1800 mah battery.... works great for my MGT and my RS4 Evo 3.

+1 on the dynamite rechargeable igniter. i just keep 4-6 bats charged up all the time.

I proffer the ones that twist lock vs the squeeze spring ones. I'm thinking of picking up an AA one and use rechargeable AA's. Considering you can get 2000mah+ AA's... I tested it with mine and the AA heats longer than the NiCAD ones I have. NiCAD is pretty low capacity. Not real sure why they still exist even...

I had a D cell and it was hot at first but then would die fast!! i got a hot shot and a kwik start and they are great,last a while too!!
