Glow plugs

I have a rc10gt that keeps burning out the center of the plugs.What could be the problem?It is not to lean? Thanks:seeing_stars:

what color is the plug coil?

Light brown.the plugs will last about three races then they burn out.

do they look oily and dirty? if so your to rich.
if they get distorted and turn whitish your to lean

Does the head have a shim?, have you removed it?

Does the coil look squashed?

You could try adding another copper washer to the plug, to decrease compression. see if that makes any difference.

The coil does look sqashaed when it goes bad.
