Does any one know where to find a gear ratio chart or explanation? I'm looking for good combos for a) dirt track racing mini lst. b) street racing rc18b and mini lst. Thanks for any advice!

There's usually no reason to stray too far from stock. A couple of teeth makes a big difference. I'd grab a selection and experiment. If you need a bit more speed, step up a tooth or two. If you need more acceleration, less top end, or are having heat issues, step down a tooth or two. Bigger pinion/smaller spur= more top end, less acceleration. Smaller pinion, bigger spur= faster acceleration and less top end.

Thanx for the reply but i'm confused, does step up a tooth or two mean to add 1or2? And when you say bigger/smaller what does this mean? Is bigger = more teeth and smaller = less teeth. Thanks for clarifying.
