Some time ago my clutchbell ended up like this:
20240706_123757.webp

Which was a sad experience because it is not available anymore (16t 0.8m). I thus want to convert both spur and clutchbell now into 1 modulus. What would a downscaling of the ratio 50t-16t 0.8m be into 1m? So the gears still are the same size

Your 50t .8 should be around 41.6mm diameter. Your 16t .8 should be around 14.4mm diameter.

Comparable diameter mod 1 gears would be
40t which is 42mm diameter.
12t which is 14mm diameter.

I think you might still be able to find a suitable 16T mod 0.8 clutch bell, like this one.

For mod 1, your original ratio was just over 3:1 so I'd go with 13T & 40T to keep that, and 13T is easier to find than 12T.
