Hi, When changing gear the car was sounding a little iffy, after about 40 mins playing I noticed that the car no longer changed gear. after a little investigation I found out that the spring for the two-way clutch had came out. My guess is that it snapped. I have to questions.

1. Where can I get a new spring?
2. What would cause this spring to come out?

This is for a HSP backwash, I would by a whole two way clutch but the car has been used twice so the current one should be fine other than this spring

Thanks for any help

Dan

well. I have been in touch with a friend that deals in nitro cars. He is sending over a few uprated parts for me. he assures me that in all his years selling HSP products (amongst others) the HSP has proven a good strong contender and it is rather reliable. the fact that this spring just came out for no reason isn't because the car is "cheap" it is just a freak accurance that he has only ever come across once before. Remember he owns a few HSP nitro cars and they have out lasted some of his bigger brand cars.
