front and rear tires rotating opposite directions

ok...here it is in a nutshell. i have a gs storm pro that when you give it throttle the front wheels run forward and the rears wheels run backwards. what can I do to correct this ?

Your rear diff is in backwards. Pull it out and flip it around and you will be gtg. While you have it out check the diff oil and service as needed.

I did not build the car and it was working fine for the guy I bought it from. he told me it was set up 65% front and 35% rear.

Seriously though, I agree with Joey, it sounds as though the rear diff is in bacwards, this is pretty much the only way that the rear can turn opposite from the front.

It's ok man it happens....it did it ONCE on my Jammin truggy. It was funny to watch but I am sure it's not good for it. Most are built to be able to swap them pretty easy. I am sure you can find the guide for it on the manufactures website if you really needed it.

no actually he raced the car for 2 years. it has been sitting for quite a while. I am gonna take the center diff apart and clean everything and reassemble it. nothing has been touched on this car in over a year so it may not be a bad idea to service all 3 diffs. I will keep ya posted on what I find. I am not new to turning wrenches, just not wrenches this small...lol

ok guys...just got done servicing all 3 diffs and low and behold the rear diff was in backwards. before I took it completely apart I checked its rotation in relation to the center diff and front diff and sure as the world the rear diff spun opposite. well after putting everything back together it all works as it is supposed to. thanks guys
