Sadly I cannot go because I'll be in Myrtle Beach

Mentioning @Suburban_Hooligan as he hates anything modern ;)

i wouldn't race at it, but wouldn't mind checking it out as a spectator.
cause you would be too slow with your 3 minute run time 6 cell nicad homemade wired trickle charged batteries! 😅 😆 🤷‍♂️

I mean just look at the rules. Its practically modern race electronics and gear but all setup in a vintage rear motor car on slicks practically. Atleast for the race this weekend at my local track. 🤷‍♂️ 🤔

Atleast with the Las Vegas race, Associated is making it where sure, its all modern gear, but no slicks, no tire sauce/compound/additive, because they say it won't be needed. So, and also watching their video on their YT channel it is indoors in a arena but it will be just purely dirt so most likely on modern pin style tires, OR big spike tires like back in the day.

What if I have enough to make my own class?
Does this mean I have class???!!! 😲😍

Why did I leave Vegas again?
Oh right, 117°. 🙄🥵

I would have to buy a box truck to get all my stuff to these races! 🤣

Good times tho!!! 😎😁👍

I'm gonna start the 'Vintage A Maine' up here!!! We NEED these races here! 😍

I'm in! Asphalt Modified class? I have a few Bolink cars I can bring.

Forgot to update this but here's some pics from the Vintage showdown race the other weekend at The Track. Via the "Old School RC" group on FB. Tagging @Suburban_Hooligan as he'll like the trucks and buggies. But obviously not the slicks that are on there. Tagging @CertifiedMike to see if he can point out any Kyosho's ;) And everyone else. :)
