On my Kanai 2 / RB WS7-2 combo my flywheel is loosening.
Problem is this: If i tighten the flywheel nut to tight, the flywheel is pressed against the engine case and therefore the flywheel won't even turn over. But if I just hand tighten the flywheel nut not using a plier, then the flywheel loosens up.
Anybody else is having those problems and has found a solution?

put spacers behind the brass cone. it will give you room to tighten the clutchnut without binding on the engine case.

Yes that and add some Loctite BLUE on the threading.

i had the same problem on my gt and i did as stated above now no problems!!!shims are your friend!!!

I had same probs on a few engines. Spacers are the answer. Just make sure you loose assemble everything first; including flywheel, clutch bell, bearings. Then check clearances. If you put on a really thick (or too many) spacer, then you may not be able to get clutch bell on properly.

Make sure you are using the collet that is supplied with the kit. It is the only one that works over a period of time with the kyosho flywheel. Look on the inside of the flywheel and make sure it looks good. You will be able to tell if the flywheel is spinning on the collet. Use some blue loctite and tighten it down good!
