Outriggers are nothing more than poles extended outboard that allow you to troll more lines spreading baits and lures farther apart. Simulating fleeing baitfish, the outriggers trolled from an elevated position allow for multiple lines to be fished while adjusting and controlling the presentation.

Just had to look it up
So this things a called outriggers
Only to spread the hooks aparts

I think acrylic is a heat-to-bend but I have no experience with it to offer.
If you open a new post asking about bending and shaping, add your specifics, you're right! Someone will know and help!

Ill give it a try first
Then ill post and ask around
Tinted acrylic so you can't see the mess inside but at night youcan see the ligjts

If it were me, I'd try a heat gun. Try low even heat, as heat little as possible without letting the plastic crack when bending or so much heat that it scorches or bubbles.
Thats my guess.
