I've recommended a keel/ballast previously in this thread. While it will provide stability, the boat will not drive like a speedboat, but rather like a sailboat.
My problem with that is
The water level😆
Those things ived use to power this boat is too heavy
Unless i go back to single screw and single rudder
Tl keep a lil less weight
 
gyro for?
Stability while turning.
Helicopters used them... r/c bikes too.
No Idea how dificult it would be to set it up though.

I bet you' d get it if it were possible. 😉
 
The only sulotion i can think of is to rmoved the rudders and the fins
And just use simple screw and rudder
Less weight means i can then use heavier
Counter weight at the keel
 
You need one of these gyros 😅
