I bought mine today and started tearing it down just to get a good look at everything.
I gotta say, I really want a Jammin truggy now, 'cuz this little thing is so darn nice to work on, easy access diffs, u-joints everywhere and solidly built everywhere.

What surprised me the most was the fact that it uses the same size flywheel and clutch components as the full size 1/8th scale stuff so gearing it to the moon will be easier than I thought as this little OS.18TZ is a torque monster :thefinger

The only problems I had with it were: (1) there is no pilot nut shaft for users with a threaded crank, only a flywheel nut and a collet is provided, my OS.18 has a threaded crank shaft so I need to make another trip the LHS to pick up a Team Associated shaft. (2) Not a drop of oil in all 3 diffs, just a slight oily film, so I topped off the diffs with my blend of diff oils with some motor oil for added protection. (3)In the kit I also noticed I got 4 extra 2.2" Pro-line rims for extra tire options, but the rims don't slide onto the axles, the rims need to be drilled out another 1mm or so, not a big deal, but weird why OFNA would do that, why not just throw 2 pairs of stock CRT.5 rims in???? (4) the screws that hold the ring gears to the diff cases are Phillips heads, I hate those, a hundred or so little 2mm button and counter sunk screws and they put in 12 Phillips heads on the diffs??:yell:

Over all I have to say that the best part is that this little bugger isn't as hard to work on as a Mini-T or another mini nitro, it's big, but not too big, small but not too small.

Got it fully broken in now and she screams faster than any modded Savage I've ever seen.
This little bugger has fun written all over it with capital letters.

I'll gear it up from a 13 tooth CB to a 15 tooth as there is so much bottom end it's uncontrollable and I can even pull the odd wheelie.

Here she is all broken in:
