First breakage.

Finally broke my first 2 shocks at the local skate park. 2 different trucks within the space of 5 mins In both instances it’s the the plastic ends of the hyper go buggies shocks that have snapped. Is there any particular make that’s worth buying or are any of the oil filled ones one eBay, bang-good etc just as good?

I'm not trying to put down your purchase, but those Chinesium brand RCs are super cheap for a reason. That being said, A skate park is going to be hard on any RC

Unfortunately, you keep running at skate parks then expect a bunch of broke parts.
Jumping on hard concrete is the worst thing on a RC.

Everyone is absolutely right Cheap rc + hard concrete actually, scratch that… Just hard concrete is gonna knacker stuff. Yes it’s expected. Just wondered if there is any particular brand of shock that seems hardier than most. My initial thanking is buy cheap and in bulk. Considering they’re gonna be used and abused for the most part.

Look for shocks that are aluminum and get TiNi Shock shafts. Problem is you might not be able to find good replacement parts for off brand RCs.

Can you get the eye to eye measurements of the stock shocks front and rear?

@majin i got the 1:16 scale ones and I ended up buying some all aluminium ones. @Slick2500 indeed I can they measured out at 63mm most of what is on internet starts at 70mm but there are a few for that size. Mostly on Ali express.
