The odds are not adjustable. To change the payout the mechanical “REEL” unit must be replaced. Its one plug and the entire unit can be slid out and replaced as seen in my 2nd photo. Right now I have a 75% setup in it. This is considered a “TIGHT” machine. In order to get the 75% you need to play all 3 coins and the average runs over 1,000.00 not 1.00 or 100.00. It doesn’t seem right because math is math but in order to hit the 75% payback 1.00 or 100.00 wont give you enough spins (Plays) to get the odds.
Just a word for the slot players.
Quit when you’re ahead. If you’re down, keep playing. If you can afford to keep playing, you shouldn’t have started. I play slots when I have the time and usually do well. The trick is to have enough time and money to ride out the down cycle and quit when you hit the up cycle. Sometimes on a quarter machines this can take 10-12 hours and several thousand dollars.
Choosing a machine to play is a thread of its own.
