finally broke the basecamp

my sons had this basecamp for over a year now, today we big broke it, i was so proud!
we have this insane hill we like to climb, its difficult to even walk up so it gives us a nice challenge to see how close to the top we can get, (he was the reigning champion) today he lost it on the hill and rolled it close to 150 times coming down the hill lol,
that thing was a ball of doom rolling down the hill
we get to getting and as he passes me i hear a rubbing sound so i look.
whys the body rubbing that tire?? its never done that before???
other side is fine, hmm howd the body move???
the body stayed put the sxle on the other hand... well it moved.
he bent the shite outta his links lol, so high clearance steel is now on the radar.
these links are supposed to be straight!

he always wants to but hes so slow!!!!!! so easily distracted, i let him do as much as he can before his add takes control lol. he loves working on em with me. i just try to be as patient as i can be even tho i hardly have any time free and want to just blast thru it, swapping links? 10 min job. with him doing it?? 2 hour minimum lol its rough but we love it

Well at least he tries and still plays with it. I have a cousin that comes over and when I started and his dad started getting into rc’s and he looked like he was interested so I let him drive my stampede. For a year he was non stop asking his dad for one. One day his dad eventually did get one. It was a slash. He played with it ONCE. I played with it all the time. He eventually sold it and then he wanted another one! He hasn’t had another one since.
