Try this new exercise program for people over 30 who would like to get into shape.
You might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become more proficient.

Feel the burn......
That's enough for the first day. Take a break.
 
I scrolled down about halfway and got winded. Had to take is slow scrolling the rest of the way down. No way I can make the scroll going up. Uphill is just too much for me.
 
Damn, I just clicked on StrechM's link, and now I'm not only winded, but my wrist hurts.
It's not easy staying in shape unless oval is the shape you choose.
