As far as the HPI Savage is concerned. Everyone I know who has one hates it. A money trap as one guy put it. I put my money on the T-Maxx any day (just an opinion).

How much does that guy want for his savage? if it's cheap I'll buy it. i can take it off his hands you know, being the nice guy i am.

This hobby has many of the same elements you find in computers. I honestly think this is why we find so many computer people in the hobby. It's an excersive in problem solving. If you get a rush from solving problems, you're gonna love R/C. If you get frustrated and hate solving problems, you going to get frustrated with R/C. It's that simple. If you don't like R/C, sell them cheap to me. :hehe:

How dare you speak of such things!!! You need to redeem yourself immediately!!! Go out to your RC's. Tell them you love them and every bit of enjoyment they always give you. Tell them you are only human and you are not perfect. No matter how much mud, dirt, grime, or whatever is on them give them a big kiss and mean it! Pray they forgive you...
I said it before and I'll say it again!!!

Actually, lately I've been feeling the same way. My GT-4 needs a new tuned pipe, and my LHS doesn't have one that'll fit. My throttle servo is messed up, the little screw which attaches it to the carb will not stay on no matter what, so now I have a throttle return spring, but then once the screw falls off, I can't find it and then I have to go to the LHS and buy more screws and nuts, and I have no idea what's wrong, why they keep falling off. Plus, since my tuned pipe is messed up, it's too loud to drive near my neighbors. However, whenever it crashed before i had the throttle return spring and the screw fell off, when I would pull it out of the bushes, there wouldn't be any damage, so at least it's durable. I think Mjime might be able to help me out here.
