I've just fitted my gx15 after a rebuild to my alpha and waiting on on a copy of the 2 speed transmission to be printed as their rare and if teeth shred least you can buy copies. Simon at rcscrapyard in uckfield is the man doing this currently. So you'll be able to get copies of the spurs to replace them soon.
Just upgraded my servos and shocks, rebuilt and regreased both diffs and tightened everything up, can't wait to run it again tbh
