I have a .18 engine and when i tried to start it but i couldn't because i think the piston is stuck. what should i do to fix this problem

Is this a brand new engine? IF not how much fuel has it seen, and when was the last time it was run? How are you trying to start it?

Get a heat gun or hair dryer and heat the head/cylinder area. While it's warming, gently work the flywheel until it comes loose. Then move the piston to BDC and remember to do so after every run so it doesn't get stuck again.

Remove the glow plug and see if it will spin over with the plug out. If it does, then you probably got too much fuel in the cylender causing it to lock. If it still doesn't spin, the piston may be stuck at the top of the stroke. You can use a screw driver to pry against the flywheel and the chassis to try to spin it loose or turn the flywheel with pliers.

Brand new engine. Ran about 10 tanks after break in. Friday 6/23. Pull starter

try turning the flywheel over with a screw driver on the flywheel. If that doesn't work take the mill out of the car and open it up. Look for damaged parts. My guess is that the engine is still getting stuck at top dead center.
