It is made out of a silicone base material. You ask how I know this :shrug: ?
I had my left nut removed due to cancer and they asked me if I wanted one of these put in me (not kidding). They showed it to me and my wife before the operation was done. I also asked if I can have it after they removed it but they said I could not due to they had a slice it up to test it for the kind of cancer I had.
I opted out, so now my right nut rolls back and forth in there like a orange in a paper bag :whhooo: .
