Hi, most of us have some small off-roaders, 1/16, 1/18 and so, they have the perfect size for backyards and gardens but don't run well on grass and many houses don't have a place for creating a dirt track (or maybe the wife don't agree this is a good idea

). So I tried to buy some carpets for outdoor usage to see if they could be used to create a temporary track which is quick to deploy and re-deploy. And it turned out to work very well, have a look:

I'm glad you liked it :thumbs-up:

Right now it's winter in Denmark where I live and too cold to drive outside, when it becomes better weather I will buy some more carpet and make some great tracks. I really like this concept because you can make a new layout each time and with a little fantasy you can make endless combinations and obstacles.
Oh, and thanks for noticing the driving, it makes a dad proud as i was my 9 year old son who did most of it :)

I was going to ask how old he was. He is going to be a pro by the time he's 10!

Wow! Your son is driving the yellow car? Holy crap!

No, I'm driving the yellow car and the pink one that makes an accident
My son is driving the dark blue car that overtakes me several times, in the clip with the onboard chase of his blue car I have instructed him to go slower to keep up. The GoPro makes my car top heavy so I can't corner as fast, but still without camera he is faster. His and my car are both Xpress XQ1 with same electronics and gearing.
