Ted from Jenny is sending me a new transmitter. He has been more than helpful and to be honest my overall experience with Jenny has been wonderful.

Are there other transmitters from other brands that have the 50/75/100 throttle switches for say 4 year olds?

The transmitter is doing that, not the ESC... right?

It just happened to me for the first Time. iPad my infraction 3S for three years and until now I’ve never seen or heard this

Check your remote batteries voltage to ensure they aren't drained, low out of the box, or other wise not at full capacity. That was one of the checks I had to run through before I reached out to RC Jenny.
I've had the batteries run low on the replacement and I saw the same thing until I checked each battery and only used full voltage alkaline batteries.
