Hey y'all. I've kinda been into drones for a while (got myself a decent DeeRC D20 off Amazon), but I REALLY don't want to pay $400+ for a DJI. I know some might suggest the DJI Neo, but that's well over $450 to be well equipped. So what I'm wondering is; are there any inexpensive, quality alternatives to DJI? If so, what would you recommend?

Found a Mavic Pro for $300 OBO, needs a bit of a fix, but would still be excellent.

You get what you pay for. There are many DJI clones out there currently. But to my knowledge, no one else offers insurance on your investment, nor the comprehensive software package that DJI does. The software is love/hate for some. It keeps us out of trouble with our drone, but others would prefer to fly in restricted areas. Personally, I love it as it keeps me out of trouble without having to do a lot of research before I fly our drone.

Good to know. What model you got?
