does Fioroni Turbo Slide clutch fit hyper 8 port

hey all, i am in need of a new clutch (mine ate itself :shrug: )
i was looking at Fioroni Turbo Slide clutch and can't find a definite answer on weather or not it would work on my pretty much bone stock hyper 7?

i have done a search and found that the general feeling on these is that they are pretty good and the price is just right for me . http://www.meganitro.com/Fioroni.htm

anyway if anyone knows for a fact that it will work i would be greatly appriciative for the insight.

I run that clutch on my Ofna/Picco .26's. I'm not familir with the hyper 8 port so unfortunately I can't give you a definate answer, but that clutch is made for SG shaft type engines. If the 8 port is SG shaft then you should be good to go.

you will have to excuse my ignorance i am not sure what SG stand for.
ok quick search answred my question.

it has a spur gear that is attached to the clutch bell it that is what you are talking about.

If the crank is threadedall the way down it is not a SG shaft if it is then it a SG or what some call a pilot shaft.

ok, the shaft dosent have threads all the way down. the bell is held on by a screw that threads into the inside of the shaft.

What is the advantage with a turbo sliding clutch?
Is it more reliable than a s shoe aluminum mugen set up?

No small springs to try and get on is #1 for me! It has more contact area so better bite, Can use a different amount of springs and adjust it to the engine track more, Shoes last a long time.
