Posted this on trinity's own web site as well, but here it goes....

Are there any differences between the revo and tmaxx versions of the Sirio .23's? I've found that there are two different part numbers for the engines on towerhobbies, but looking at the specs, there are no real discernable differences between the two engines.

Biggest difference being that the revo version is $259 versus the $319 pricetag on the tmaxx version.... no idea what could cause that price difference.

Also, seems that both "specs" sections indicate that an orange anodized engine mount is included in the package... though an engine mount is still in the required section. Blah.

If the "revo version" will drop into my maxx using the current stock engine mount, I'll be a happy man. Anyone know if there's a _real_ difference between the two?

Thanks.

sorry about the broken links.... but using "sirio .23" on tower's site gets you both of the results.

guess i'm just a little confused as to how a different exhaust manifold would tack on $60... makes no sense to me.

I agree spill.... Both engines come with the same hardware, each specific to one or the other vehicle. I think the T-Maxx buyers are just gettin burned.
