Great looking rig. I've never had one but I do know the Baja 5b are parts compatible with HPI and Rovan.
I have heard good things about King motors but this isn't 1/5 scale is it?
Is it really worth a grand?

The picture makes it look like the 1/10 scale version, but that could be because it is missing the front cage/Body and the rear cage/body panels including 2 sparw tires. It would cost quite a bit to fix this up. If they abused it that much, it's hard to tell what the condition of the drive train is.

Yeah now that I'm looking at it, the missing parts does make it looks smaller.
Are you going to buy it?

Definitely not. With as much as horizon hobby charges for parts for it... they want $187 just for a replacement body. If you look at the pics, the front and rear cage sections are pretty much torn off and then they cut the body.

That is clearly not the truck he says it is. It's the front cab of the baja rey on a different car OR, we are looking at a baja rey that is missing the entire rear axle, trailing arms, and all that. Its half of a truck, I don't think $350 is anywhere close to what this is worth. Try $3.50 for someone's basket case.
I wish I could message this person for more pictures and some honest answers. Then I would like to reach through the screen and choke the life out of em.
