I agree with @Tunedpipe . If you want to upgrade the driveshaft I would go with MIP or Tekno ones. On my slash I have the MIP X-Duty shafts. They hold up on what I'm doing. If you get the MIP ones like I have just make sure that the pins don't fall out because I thought it came with something to cover the pins in the kit but it didn't what I did is put little pieces of tape over the pins. @Chubaka recommends to put heat shrink over it in this thread: https://www.rctalk.com/forum/threads/new-mip-driveshafts-for-my-slash.133598/
Also you could try out the Traxxas Steel ones. Or the Rustler 4x4 ones because I know that the rustler 4x4 ones are more heavy-duty than the slash stock ones. MIP X-Duty Tekno M6 with hub carriers

Thanks I’m just looking for something a bit cheaper like $40 ish

These driveshafts from Amazon which are the stock ones that the slash comes with are $40. There are other ones on Amazon and ebay from other companies put I don't know how well they would hold up.

I decide to get the extreme heavy duty ones instead of the stock ones
I'm going to get some new arms and light bar with ordering it tomorrow and should be here Thursday or Friday
Here’s the doc of what I’m getting

Nothing crazy expensive or nice just to get through
Nice. I was looking at light bars for my slash 5 months ago. At the time I was trying to do a monster slash build but when I got the tires in it didn't work out well. I had some overheating issues with the motor and some steering issues. Now my slash is just a on-road basher and sometimes a fun track car but not fun till the shocks start to leak/break. The track I go to is a carpet track and has a lot of jumps and 2 of the stock shocks leaked and one of the cheap amazon shock broke. Now I have traxxas Big bore shocks all around. For the arms you are getting they are aluminum and I don't recommend aluminum. Plastic would be better for bashing and plastic has the flex so it can go back to normal if you do a jump. Aluminum won't flex as much will bend. You can get rpm arms. Or traxxas makes their HD arms. RPM Traxxas HD arms

I have a set of those Traxxas HD ones from the Rustler 4x4 on my Ecx Ruckus and 2wd Stampede and they have been holding up for over a year on the Ruckus and almost a year on the 2Pede.
Yea my stock shocks cap falls of every jump I do
The cheapest and easiest fix to that problem is aluminum shock caps, but then you might start bending shock shafts. But I have have these caps on my 2Pede for the same amount of time as the driveshafts and they haven't popped off yet, but I have bent both of the rear shock shafts.
