is there a cheaper way?
can i just replace the comm?
can you send more links?

If you mean are there cheaper comm truers, then yes. I'm sure that replacing the comm would be cheaper but new commutators don't come trued. Like I said before, comm truing is usually reserved for the racing folks and not the casual runner or basher.
Here's a link to US dealers that carry HUDY comm lathes/truers.

Integy Comm Lathe

I have a comm lathe I purchased from integy but it didn't come with any instructions? Anyone know of any on the internet?

check with your lhs they true mine for free. as long as theyve seen your face before theyll probably do it for free, a happy costomer is a returning customer.
