My dad is a vet. He's 70 and doesn't talk about it much. I do know that he has medals and things that he can't show his family, even still.

I have all the respect in the world for veterans.

I don't know how to quote and all but did someone seriously just say something bad about Cuba!? Cuba's an amazing place filled with kind, interesting, people, I think people just don't like Cuba THESE days just for the fact of the matter that people didn't like Cuba back then. Come on, it's the year 2004, we should be loving, peaceful people. I say kudos to you Cuba, and cheers to all that respect them. Just my two cents anyways:\.

I've been there. Havana is pretty cool. I liked the Spanish Ruins in old Havana. Really nice people too.

Nope nothing bad at all.....i have been there many times. In fact i would love to live there. i was just refering to the leader Castro, nothing more. Excellent county with a bad leader. Sorry, should have expalined myself. My wife is half cuban and she agrees about Castro....hes gotta GOOOOOOO!!!!

Hey Guys!
I have taken advantage of the snow, and used salt on our road, so its all dry.
I created a Large SNOWDRIFT Jump. my father has a snowplow, so the pile is about 11 feet tall. we live on 40 acres, so its heaven for RC. We have 1/2 mile of asphalt for high speed runs, and clean fields for Bashing. I know a lot of you are drooling about now, but there is one catch.
I LIVE IN WISCONSIN.
The Winters are FREEZING. I think the lowest this year was -24 degrees.
the summers are so wet, and very hot. And the weather blows, so it sucks.
I WISH I LIVED IN COLUMBIA IN A DRUG PLANTATION.
AMEN!!!

EP is in the army. For those of you haven't figured that out. He likes to travel in and around Central and South America. His "job" has given him ample opportunity to explore the area and get involved in some hairy poop.

As for the weather, cold weather does suck if you are waiting to break in a new RC. If your RC is already broken in, go have fun in the snow. I actually look forward to the one to three inches we get here in Virginia Beach each year. Gives me a chance to go out and break some plastic parts doing crazy stuff.

As for war veterans, this site has quite a few active duty members and veterans. We are all proud to serve and have served our country. All of those freedoms that everyone enjoys and some abuse, were provided to you and protected by the blood of servicemen and women throughout our countries history. So, whether you like it or think it sucks...the many wars we have been in thoughout our history have allowed you to do the many things that you are free to do in the U.S. of A.

That's an understatement! For the last time it's spelled COLOMBIA! Gringos spell it Columbia as in places named Columbia in the US but the country is COLOMBIA.
