DO the pins on the flywheel have to be flush with the clutch shoes after you install them? or does it matter?
 
Mine aren't flush, but I use shims in front of the pilot nut so that the CB bearing doesn't ride on the nut. Maybe the shims can give the height to the CB to be over the pins.


My pilot nut is actually taller than the pins so they aren't riding. Are you using the correct pilot nut?
