charging starter box battery

I've got a Steren 12V batt. on the batt it says its 12V and 7.0Ah, I'm assuming thats amps?, well i asked on another forum if i could use my super brain 959 to charge it and they told me no, so what cheap charger can i use? i was thinking i using this one

since my dad has lots of them, and would be practicly "free", but is it any good? or can i just use my super brain 959?

Go to like an auto parts store and get an adjustable car battery charger.
