for a 3.7V 150 mah lipo what amp should i set my charger at?

.15 amps at 1 C What is the C rating on the battery? Example: If the battery was or is 2C you could safely charge it at .3 amps, 3C .45 amps...

Most chargers don't have half step settings, so you're probably stuck with either .10 or .20a/hr. If the charger has a capacity cutoff, you can set that to 150mah, and charge at .20a/hr to ensure a full charge. If not, you can try .20a/hr just keep an eye on the pack and check it's not getting over charged.
