My Sidewinder is making a squeaking sound.

What's the problem?

it's VERY likely your motor is defective. It almost sounds like something is rubbing internally. I've seen that alot with a brushed motors' magnet coming loose.

Don't run that motor any more; contact Castle and get a replacement.

Alright, thanks! I'll contact them ASAP. BTW: It only makes the squeaky sound when it's being throttled low, but I guess it still needs to be replaced.

Send them the link to that video, as well. They may want a video that proves its yours, of course. But usually, Castles' tech support is very good.

I will :D. I still need to tell them I don't have a receipt because I bought it off of eBay brand new so I'm asking if I can show them Paypal evidence, eBay stuff, etc.

You should still have a receipt if you bought it from ebay. You should have had an invoive emailed to you, and you can go to the "my ebay" page and contact the seller, and ask for another invoice if you lost it.

Oh, yeah that was what I was talking about. What I meant by "eBay stuff" was that. Haha. Sorry for not being specific.
