carwashing 1:1...wow!!

Alright, some of you may be skeptical..if so dont try it.

I'm not the first one to try this. A few friends at work do it to. Everybodies paint on their vehicles looks bad ass!!!

....No more dish soap..no more high dollar all in one car wash..no more of any of that bullshit for me.

Go to walmart and buy GOJO (works much better) to wash your vehicle. You know that hand cleaner cream? Besure to get the pumice free one....white can with white lid....Not the orange lid, that has pumice in it. :hammer:

Wash your car with it. man..it gets off all that road tar, bugs, oily crap off!!! All you need is about a 1/3 of a small can..(it cost about a buck) When i found out about it..i was like, "Get out of here!" Shittttttttt..i wont use anything else now!!!!!! It makes that paint look about an inch thick!! GOJO kicks ass.

The guy that originally gave us the idea used it for years..his shines like new...no fading whatsoever.!!!!!

I've heard keroseen will remove all that junk to but then you have to wash again to remove keroseen.. good find ill have o try it..

I'm thinking it may work well to remove the scum water line on the boat.

I have never tried GoJo, but I do have a bag of Huggies baby wipes and before I wash my truck I wet it down and wipe over the bugs and tar with one of those wipes and just like that the bugs and tar are gone. Then I wash the car like normal. I don't know if I will ever use them to wipe my kid (when I have one of course!) with them though, that is scary.

I also use a dryer sheet wet down to remove the bugs, the fabric softener breaks downt the bug guts and then the mesh cloth removes the rest without scratching your paint. Go figure...

Mix 1/3 of gojo to about 3 gallons of water. It should take that scum right off..if you try it..LMK how it worked

BTW its called Old Mexico Car wash. Ill give you the address if you want to complain to the owner. Better brush up on your Spanish, he doesn't speak a word of English other then "Six Dollars Please".

If it offends you, Ill stop going there and they can find another way to support their familys. Will it offend yo to know I go to 7-11 and pick a few workers up when I need help doing a job? I can stop doing that as well. I figure they will make better use of the cash then some lazy white boy who's going to ask when lunch break is at 10:15 am. Its also nice to know the job will get done right. I hope this offends you as well

I've heard that before actually. Anothing thing that works really well to get tar off is peanut butter. What makes it shine so good is the abrasives in the gojo. After washing it, Id suggest waxing it, because washing it with gojo (with its abrasives) surely took off all the wax also.

That's an old motorhomer's trick. We have been doing that for years. Especially on the real flat front ends like I have on my DP. Works great, cheap and easy. Right now I have an awesome bug collection on my rig from my trip last weekend to Yosemite.

Ok well how was I supposed to know all of this, I just read you use Mexicans and with no details beyond that, I took it to be racial that is what offended me. I know we are hard workers no argument there. Anyway just a mis understanding .

So many people get offended by simple comments. This country has become so politically correct that people get their panties in a bunch for the simple reason that its the politically correct thing to do. Instead of getting offended people should take some time to question a statement or comment to see if there is a reason to be upset by it. For all some people know, I could be Mexican. If I was, Would my comment have been offensive?
