Can't get right rear tire off my Inferno 7.5 (I know it sounds stupid)

Hi all.

I have a problem getting one of my tires off my Inferno.

I have just finished getting the buggy ready for this season and yesterday I put on my new rims/wheels... well except for one that is. :dumb:

Have anyone inhere experienced this ??

How do I get it off without excessive use of my Dremel ??

All ideas are welcome

I usually have the opposite problem! The wheels just fly right off while I'm driving.

So the wheel nut won't budge? I'd spray it down with some WD40 and let it sit for a few. Try again. I'd try to use a socket and socket wrench for more torque turning the nut (if you aren't already) and then maybe try using a pair of vice grips on the wheel to hold it in place while you turn the nut.

I see now that I forgot to mention that the wheel nut is actually off.

It sounds stupid (and looks stupid when you look at the car) but I'm unable to pull the rim/tire off the buggy.

It is as if the plastic on the rim is of a smaller diameter that the (wheel hub/axle/carrier, whatever it is called). Hard to explain, but that's how it looks.

I might mention that I have never had all 4 wheels off before trying to install my brand new set :ahem:

Hah, it's the plastic itself that's stuck? That's a good one.

I'd still use WD40, because it can still help. Although, not as much as metal to metal.

Try heating it up with a blow dryer, that may help loosen up the plastic!

You should try tapping the wheel with a wrench or hammer (lightly) to see if you can get it to budge. It might break the bond. You know, like you do with a butter knife on a stubborn jar of pickles!
