Car is an older RS4. Looks like it's just an over sized cooling head to me, just made low pro to fit under sleek TC bodies that see lots of high RPM running.

I'm betting its an aftermarket cooling head but I have never seen anything like it...its pretty awesome but I wonder how effective it is
