You mean for posting the avatar to the web site in question?

Just right click the link above, hit copy shortcut, then go the the site and paste the link into the field that requires the URL for the avatar.

No problem...the site you plan on using that avatar on will not handle the link I gave you. I sent the avatar to the webmaster there, he'll take care of it.
