I beleive RC cars/trucks are only allowed to use 27 and 75Mhz in the US. 40Mhz i think is used in the UK. Those servos and the printing on the buttons below the LCD display are very different than what came with my XS3 75Mhz. I wound not buy the 40Mhz one.

I have the same problem but vice versa. I bought a GS storm in the US and it came with the 75 MHZ XR3i radio. I'm in the UK so only really supposed to use 27 or 40MHZ. If you want to buy this 40MHZ kit we could do some sort of trade? Let me know what you think. Mine is brand new (one week old) and in mint condition.

If you look at the RX it says 27Mhz SO I think it would be a rip off cause would have to buy a 40Mhz Rx and where Do you get one of those?

You've got a keen eye. Might just be a library pic and not of this actual system he is selling as it does say it's 40MHZ. Ask him the question via eBay. If you do need a 40MHZ receiver let me know I can send you one. Only concern I would have is will it interference with something else? Tried my 75Meg radio out yesterday and got no interference so hope it's going to be OK.
