is it possible ? and I know it will not be as easy as a box but I can just get a adapter wheel for the tourqmaster 90 . It is usually used to start planes but they sell a wheel so it can Start cars too. Any one had experince with this ? Thanks for the input .

yes you can i used to start my monster pirate with one but it is a pain in the ass to line it, up most of the time the wheel is on the chassis buning up,and make sure its turning in the right direction facing the wheel the right way!!

I used a starter box for my 8 port race and it was just fine till I let it die ..don't do that. If you are starting out to tune it then the starter box may be a pain in the ass for the first go around. But after it will be a breeze.

I took a hand held bump start and made two aluminum L brackets to hold it and bolted it to a piece of 10" x 20" prefab shelving and servo taped a 12v battery onto the sshelving and it works great for me. Too cheap to buy a starter box.

Oops my bad. Yes you can do that as well but you would have to hold up the ride and acces the flywheel that way. If your flywheel has enough access fromthe top thendo it that way. Sorry for the last post.

the hand wheel will be hard on newer motors.. with a good pinch.. i had one.. and had to start my dominator with it.. my forearm sometimes started hurting so bad.. i would get cramps.. haha..

if you do what madnking did you won't have a problem. I use a handheld also for my buggy and it works fine. Its a little hard on the forearms sometimes, but it does work.
