Nope, you will just gain longer run time, your MAH rating doesn't put anymore voltage to the electronics. Although it is double the size, have you worked out where you would put it? With it being thatg much bigger it may slow your car down, Looks like a mini 8ight battery???

but the esc already gets hot with the 1100 battery, imagine 3x that heat? you sure it mess up then? yeah its a losi mini 8 batt. would it slow it down alot more you think?

MAH wont cause any more heat, other than letting it run longer, that big battery wont turn your motor any faster than the small one, the big battery just stores more of the 7.2 volt power, if your getting too hot now, you should cut some holes in the body to get some air to the esc, i ran the traxxas 380 motor/esc in my mini 8ight on 3s lipo, and didnt have any heating problems, the losi setups run on the warm side anyway, what are your temps after about 6 or 7 minutes of runtime?

how much was your motor and battery? how faster did it get? i havent checked my temps just yet. i was just assuming you know? double the power should get a little hotter he.

you dont understand what I'm telling you, your not getting double the "power" your getting longer run times, only way it will cause more heat is because your running longer between charges, i think the motor and esc for a traxxas mini are running around 130 +-. And it made it a TON faster when i switched from the losi to the traxxas electronics, its close to a direct drop in ,you have to get creative with your wiring and esc placement but its well worth it. You should invest in a temp gun to keep an eye on your motor temps.

well then I'm referring to heat wise.ohh sounds good. yeah ima purchase one soon. whats ur run time?

Tmaxx is right....only difference between the 2 batteries is that the bigger one holds more of a charge so it wont die as quickly. other than that its putting out the same ammount of "power" or voltage
