can any pne help with parts

i have won a 1/10 smartech winner on road nitro car of ebay and was wondering were can i find parts for it and i have been looking every were and nothing ..the guy who sold it to me said that i can use parts from hpi or any on road 1/10 scale car but the only thing it will be different ..I'm pretty much stumped and need some help from any one who might be able to help .. i just want to add aluminium parts because i will be adding a o.s 18tz with the drag mod and i dont know if the plastic will hold up if any one can help let me know thanks

the smarttec cars are known to me brittle and hard to find parts for. There were a few site up that used to sell parts, but I'm not sure of the address, or if they are even still up.

As far as aluminum, i think your out of luck. It would be easier, to park the smartec and get a name brand rig like an hpi, traxxas, or associated.
