very sad indeed. Like above, I don't follow IRL much and am not familiar with the people but it's still a sad day in racing..

I haven't seen it, but it sounds similar to Alex Zanardi's a few years ago though?

The Zanardi crash was sickening, it took both of his legs, this one looked almost as bad.
