Call of Duty PS2

I saw the commercial for Call of Duty for the PS2 and damn it looked great!!

Is this Call of Duty part 2? Final Hour?

If so...Would i be lost as heck if i buy this game with out playing part 1 first or is it pretty easy to pick up?

Has anyone played it yet?
