Theres not a "best" in general, depends on the application.

The amount of Turns is the amount of wraps/turns the wire house gone around the armature of the motor, generally a less turn motor will be faster.
 
So the more turns the slower it spins, so does that produce more torque or is that a sign of a lower quality motor?

More Turns=More Torque
Fewer Turns=Higher RPM

What type of application are we talking about?

I smoked a 12turn running a 3s lipo. I wanted to know what kind of brushed motor could handle it.
You didnt ask that question. For future reference if you are unsure look up the specs on your ESC and your motor and see what the maximum voltage is that they will handle. If they arent the same then pick the lower of the 2 values.

On the bright side your motor died for a good cause, I like your video!

Now replace it with a brushless motor for even more power! :)

I'm keeping that truck a little slower then the rest, it is for my son to play with as I running mine. I was playing with it because I broke the stock shock tower on my Rustler.
