The only way you will get a higher frequency servo (digital or coreless) to not buzz is to have zero binding in your steering. It's buzzing because it's a hair away from it's home position and is trying to get back to home.
Disconnect the servo from the linkage and slowly turn the wheels to steer them by hand while off the ground, but with the suspension resting where it would if it were on the ground. If you feel any binding whatsoever, that's what's causing your buzz. With the arms at full extension, there will probably be some binding no matter what due to the extreme angles of the pivot balls on the turnbuckles and the axle cups/dog bones binding a bit. Which is why I suggest compressing it while tryting to find the binding.
You will almost always have a bit of binding in a big old MT.
Just shut off your receiver when your not driving to keep it from draining the battery while it sits and does nothing.
