Before I buy a new plastic carb, is there much difference in them? This is for a Losi 3.4 in a speed nt. Is there something better I can use?

i do not know if a different carb is available for your rig, but in my experience the plastic carbs seem to hold a tune better since they dont transfer the heat of the mill out to the carb. I've had aluminum carbs in the past that would get hot and cause fuel delivery issues..

now on the flip side. i have hosed up the neck of plastic carbs before. to the point that the clamp bolt wouldnt hold it anymore.
