Break in process using the heat cycle

Ok so after having a hard time to get it u

Ok so after having a hard time getting it up and running I eventually got the losi going. Now after I went to my hobby shop yesterday the guy in the store told me to run 5-8 tanks through it on idle which is what I have done ( he is sponsored by jq so I'm assuming he knows his stuff) should I now do the heat cycle?

Idling through tanks of fuel is not the way we break-in engines these days.
