Major bucks. Well over a grand just for the transmitter. Redundant systems throughout, LOTS of servos, full suspension retracts, and another radio for the X1.

That would be Chuck Yeager, the first man to break the sound barrier. He did it without telling anyone he had broken several ribs the day before by falling off his horse. He retired as a General. He still amazes me.
Absolutely, and if you watch the movie "The Right Stuff" they gave him a part as the bartender where the astronauts hung out. Just like in real life, he can't get that smile off his face. A true American hero.
