Anyone here use OpenOffice? We are about to start using it at my company for a confirmation project... It's replacing some antiquated software that we've been using since 1980.

you can turn off alot of the GUI features and it runs smoother.....I got to be on a team for my last job that was developing a HVAC controls front end based on the vista platform.....
