The holidays are coming up quickly and every year I find myself doing more and more of my holiday shopping online. The two sites I use more than any online to shop is eBay and Amazon, but also use others such as Target and Best Buy.

Being that the economy still isn't in the best of shape, why not have a place where all of us can post any specials, deals, etc that we find online that others might be interested in as well.

Anything to save a buck right? :D

One "trick" I do a lot on ebay is search for items misspelled, such as labtop or lapotp. Anytime I'm looking online for something I always try looking for it misspelled as well - those items tend to have a lot less bids on them.

Anyone looking for computer gear or electronics might want to keep an eye on Newegg.com - they are having "Black November" specials everyday throughout November. That's where I'm getting a Canon camera for the wife - about $200 less then retail!

Post any specials or good deals you find!!!

Great idea Mike! I too look for misspelled items....usually because I misspell them first lol.

One deal to keep checking on, is this Element 42" tv. Walmart had it listed for $398 for a couple weeks then bumped it back up for a bit then it went on sale again. Its back up right now but keep watching and I bet it drops back to $398 with 97 cent shipping.
