Best cooling options for 3s brushless

I have a stock MT10 Rival and a Senton mega (hobbywing max10 3s conversion). Now that it is getting warmer out, I am realizing how hot the motors are getting on 2s and 3s. They will both be pretty hot on 2s and get blazing hot after a good run on 3s. It seems the only options would be a motor mounted fan (or double fan) or adjusting the gearing for less strain on the motor? Are there other options for cooling that I dont know about?
